Boyd Terrace House

[ Novak + Middleton Architects ] This house proposal wraps around an underutilised corner of an existing house on site. Creating more density and maximising the planning controls for setbacks, recession and height planes in the suburb. The walls that meet the boundary or the existing house are clad in steel standing seam profile acting like a shell which wraps up the walls and over the roof. The two ends open out to a courtyard and to the entrance path and planting.
